Under a Dry Moon “El Otro Lado”

When I finish a series of black and white landscape photographs
I cut up the negatives and images
and use them in painting, installations and drawings.

the crusaders returned to Europe with a small gift,
the concept of zero.

In the twentieth century, Science used symbolic language
to reveal the structure of existence
and in a simple formula
mass and energy became one.
Walking In darkness
space and time become one.

Religion is a way of organizing information
so it can be believed.
Truth is a way of organizing information
so it can not be questioned.
